Complaints Satisfaction Survey 2011 to 2012

What is this survey about?

This survey asks you about your experience if you have recently made a complaint.  This survey is about the way we handled your formal stage 1 or stage 2 complaint.  It's not about the service or issue you complained about only the way it was dealt with as a complaint.

Why should I complete it?

Your views tell us how good our services are and where we may need to make improvements.

It also helps us identify if you have a problem with the way we handled your complaint and if that's the case we'll contact you to solve the problem.

What do you do with the results?

If you are unhappy with the service we will contact you to find out more about your experience.

We share the results with our partners and compare our performance with other landlords to see if we can learn from each other.  We share the results with all our tenants.

More importantly we'll publish on our web site and other publications what we're doing to improve our services.
