Your views tell us how good our services are and where we may need to make improvements.
It also helps us identify if you have a problem with the work we've completed and if that's the case we'll contact you to solve the problem.
What do you do with the results?
If you are unhappy with the service we will contact you to find out more about your experience.
We share the results with our partners and compare our performance with other landlords to see if we can learn from each other. We share the results with all our tenants.
More importantly we'll publish on our web site and other publications what we're doing to improve our services.
