Democratic and Admin Services promote the democratic engagement of Barnsley's different communities with their Council, help develop the capacity of elected members to more effectively carry out their different roles under the modernised political management arrangements, provide cost effective support to corporate administrative processes within the Council, organise and deliver electoral processes in the Borough, provide efficient customer focused and easily accessed, registrar services and provide efficient, customer focused and easily accessed, property information services.
