Designing new housing development.

This document supplements the recently adopted Core Strategy Policy 29 Design and sets out the design principles that will apply to new housing development including infill and backland development.

Comments should be received by 5:00pm on Friday 9^th December 2011.

Please note that all comments will be considered in preparing the final draft of the document for adoption. Comments will be made publicly available and may be identifiable to a name/organisation.
