This document supplements Barnsley’s Core Strategy Policy 40 Pollution Control and Protection and explains the main issues that are likely to apply to planning applications for hot food take-aways. It also includes exclusion zones around schools where new take-aways won’t be allowed, which can be viewed in the supporting documents.
Comments should be received by 5:00pm on Monday 19 September 2011.
Please note that all comments will be considered in preparing the final draft of the document for adoption. Comments will be made publicly available and may be identifiable to a name/organisation.
